There are many residents that participate in recycling! As a reminder, residents are absolutely ALLOWED to tie down recycle bins with painters tape or bungie cords to prevent recycling from blowing all over. Additionally ALL boxes should be torn down and fit INSIDE the bin to ensure they do not blow away. If there is any concern on what a resident can recycle, please visit the Frederick County Recycling Website and find out!
