The Clubhouse
The Community Room in the clubhouse at Linton is a favorite amenity for many owners. It is available to rent for $50/hour (three hour minimum). To check availability, view the calendar on this site. Maximum capacity is 146. There are 10 round and 2 rectangle tables that each seat 10 and folding chairs to accommodate approximately 100. Under Documents you will find the rental application and rules pertaining to renting the community room. This expansive room is furnished with leather couches and chairs, two pub tables and a large-screen television. The kitchen has a small microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. Bring in your favorite dish or have your party catered. Either way, your guests will feel at home in your community room.
The Gym in the clubhouse is available for your use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You must have a keycard to access the clubhouse. There are several options for burning calories or building muscle here.
The Swimming Pool at the clubhouse is open every summer from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The family-sized pool and kiddie wading pool are professionally managed and a great source of family fun. Bring sun screen, your favorite book and relax poolside. The Poolside Grill area is a semi-private picnic space available to rent for $25 for a 2-hour gathering. The grill area provides seating for 10, bar stools and a gas grill. This space is available during the swim season only. Reservations and payment are handled on this website. Pass the burgers while you catch up with old friends.
Tot Lots can be found throughout Linton. They are located on Madigan Trail, Small Gains Way, Switzer Barn Lane and Walcott Lane. Have fun trying them all.
Doggie Stations can also be found throughout Linton. Some stations have a trash can attached and some simply dispense waste bags. You'll find several free-standing trash cans throughout the community too. If you don't pass one along your route, please properly dispose of the bag at home. Parents, please ensure your children are also picking up after their "best friend". Linton is home to hundreds of pets so let's do our best to maintain a clean community.
The Community Athletic Field is located in Section I. Section I is located across Ballenger Pike. The field has been put to good use for Linton's annual Turkey Flag Football game.
